Collecting Payment

Once we receive your registration, we’ll send an email confirming your lodging accomodation and requesting payment. Your registration is confirmed once your payment is received. We can receive payment in three ways:

Option 1: Zelle - it’s a lot like Venmo, but safer and has no taxes or fees

Option 2: Cash or Check - make checks payable to Recreate Yoga LLC

Option 3: Credit or debit card (will need to add a 3.6% processing fee to your total)

Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and limited accommodations, all payments are non-refundable. A non-refundable payment of your total retreat + lodging price is required to reserve your spot. Your registration is confirmed once your payment is received.

If you are unable to attend, we’ll offer a refund only if we can sell your spot! You may also transfer your reservation to another guest by October 1, 2026.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

If the retreat must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to venue issues or facilitator illness), all payments will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including travel expenses.
